| Sanichi Property was incorporated as a wholly owned property development and property investment arm of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange listed company Sanichi Technology Berhad (KLSE Stock Code : 0133). Sanichi Technology Berhad’s history traces back as far as 1996, having its core business as manufacturer of precision plastic injection moulding. Over the years, Sanichi Technology Berhad had since established as a dominant and recognisable player within the industry and has clientele from across the world. |

| In 2013, after achieving great success and multiple awards in the manufacturing industry, the management decided to venture into property development. Thus, Sanichi Property was incorporated; backed by the aspiration of a better tomorrow living, Sanichi Property ultimately aims to be one of the most prominent property developer within the country. |

| The journey is led by our visionary Managing Director Dato’ Sri Dr. Pang Chow Huat which has more than 20 years of vast experience in precision engineering of plastic mould and tools as well as construction and property development. Dato’ Sri Dr. Pang is ever passionate about property development and is constantly leading the team to craft exceptional developments from design, planning, construction and delivering of the end-product with no compromise on the building quality. Under Dato’ Sri Pang’s leadership, Sanichi Property has successfully launched its maiden project Marina Point in Melaka and this development is set to become one of the most significant landmark in Melaka. |
